Take a minute today. Reach out. Say hi. Let them know you appreciate them no matter how much time has gone by or how much distance there is between you.
Friends like this don’t come by that often. Stay close!

Do you buy foods with healthy-looking labels because you think they’re the healthier option?
Marketing, food names, labels...there is so much to get caught up in. And then let’s throw in all the foods out there that are considered “Free from”...
This could be free from gluten, sugar, salt, dairy, fat, soy...you name it!
The introduction of these foods has been great for people with intolerances, allergies or cultural reasons and some may actually be healthier, but many people get lost in the marketing.
So how do you make sure you’re buying the right things for you? Two things to keep in mind:
1. Read the label. If you think buying the free from is healthier, pick up the “normal” option and compare labels. You may notice the free from one is higher in salt and sugar than the normal one.
2. Studies show that people will eat more of “free from” food than the normal option because they think it’s healthier.
Before you get sucked into good marketing, read your food labels.

Once a week? Every couple days? Every day?
So tell me, have you had a chance to wash your hair this week (lol)?
Let’s clear one thing up, everyone’s hair is different. Feels obvious, but there isn’t a one size fits all hair approach.
Maybe you wash your hair more because you work out, your hair is oily, you need to restyle it more frequently or you just got in the habit of washing it anytime you shower.
Here are two bedtime hair tips so you won’t need to wash your hair in the morning:
1. Use dry shampoo at night, this will help to seal your roots so they don’t get too oily when you sleep.
2. If you have long hair, pull it into a top knot or a braid – this helps prevent the oils from your face rubbing on your hair.
And if you workout a lot, put some dry shampoo in your hair (or a product that’s meant for post workout hair) to soak up the sweat so you won’t need to wash your hair again!
Everyone’s hair is different, so spend the time finding out what works best for you!

In times of change it can be hard not to spend time with family and friends. But, how great is social media for this!
From sharing how we’re feeling in the moment to funny quotes to pictures of kids, social media can make us feel like we’re there with the ones we miss.
Here are three easy ways to feel more connected with those you can’t be with:
1. Set up a group text message – from standard text messages to WhatsApp, there are so many ways to create a group text with your family and friends
2. Organize a coffee or cocktail hour over video – whether it’s with one person or many, set a time and jump on a video call so you can talk “face-to-face”
3. Pick up the phone – just the sound of someone’s voice can make us feel better. So, call the person you’re missing.
The world may be a different place at the moment, but with technology we can still stay connected.

Are you still putting your makeup on (lol)?
Whether you are or you aren’t, mascara is a must have in everyone’s makeup bag!
Did you know it helps to make your eyes look brighter and bigger?!
Here are a few helpful tips:
1. Hold the wand parallel to your eye
2. Glance down slightly (so you can still see in the mirror)
3. Gently move the mascara back and forth at the base of your lash
4. Then move out and upwards in a sweeping motion to coat the entire lash
5. Repeat on the other eye

Want a more dramatic look? Apply a second coat!

Easy peasy!

Online workouts are popping up everywhere!
Did you know that exercise can make you a happier person? One of the reasons exercise helps you feel happier is because of the chemical in our brain called dopamine. Dopamine production
increases with exercise and is necessary for the feelings of happiness.
Have you ever noticed even after a short walk how much better your mood is? Exercise is good for the mind.
But the benefits of exercise don’t stop there, there are a few others worth mentioning.
Energy – exercise actually gives you MORE energy. It’s crazy how when you exert a bit of energy how much more you gain. Confidence – exercise can boost your confidence mentally, but you can also start to feel happier in your own skin.
Sleep – staying active can improve your sleep quality. A good night’s sleep will leave you looking forward to the day ahead. It’s amazing how physical activity can add so much to our lives! Making the time is worth the benefits.

No excuses, bathroom counter check-up time!
When was the last time you cleaned up your bathroom drawers, cabinets and counters?
Wouldn’t it be nice to just have the things you use every day right there and easy to access?
Going through all your personal care items will both have you saving time when getting ready but also give you a chance to make sure you’re not using expired products.
Tips:
1. Declutter your space from things like hair ties, clips, loose change, jewelry and whatever else ends up in there that is not supposed to be there (it’s amazing what you’ll find)
2. Throw out things that are empty or almost empty
3. Discard things you are no longer using
4. Replace things that have expired
5. Wipe down the areas with soap and water
Once done, getting ready in the morning will be a breeze!

Four skin care tips that don’t include skin care products.
While using your favorite skin care products are great for your complexion, there are some things you should also do for your best “natural glow” that have nothing to do with your products.
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables
3. Exercise
4. Sleep 6 to 8 hours each night
Two additional tips that deserve a mention that actually do include a product that just can’t be avoided:
1. Remove your makeup up every night
2. Use sunscreen
These two products, a facial cleanser and a sunscreen, are both must haves. The benefits are just too big to ignore.
These are all lifestyle habits that will keep your body healthy but also go a long way to helping you have radiant, healthy skin.

Topic: 3 Ways My Business Has Brought Me More Fun.3 Ways My Business Has Brought Me More Fun.

I love what I do. I have a lot of fun. I’m not saying it’s always easy, running your own business can be tough, but here are some of the reasons why riding the tough times is worth it.
1: I can choose how I plan my time. This means I get to ____________________ (put down what I’m doing in favor/favour of going to the park with the kids/say yes to invitations and fit my work around my life/drop everything if something fun is happening)
2: I make lots of new connections through _____________________ (online groups/my online group/ supporting my team/networking events/product parties/social media) which means I’ve always got new and interesting people to get to know, and have made some of my best friendships this way.
3: Being successful in my business is fun! I love _____________________ (the thrill of sharing products with new customers/achieving my goals/helping my team succeed/making mindset shifts through personal development).
What are 3 ways you bring more fun into your life?

Topic: Should You Work With Family And Friends?

[NOTE FOR CONTENT CREATORS: You could shout out some of your team in this post if it fits to do so]
They say you should never work with children or animals, but the same could be said about friends and family, couldn’t it?
Working alongside someone ___________________ (you know really well/you have a shared history with/you can be totally authentic with) can create tension if you don’t ____________________ (set firm boundaries/work towards the same goals/treat each other with respect).
However, as long as you ___________________ (focus on each other’s strengths/remember why you got started when things are tough/stay positive and goal focussed) it can be a really positive partnership or team.
I work alongside some great people who _____________________ (were friends who joined my business/have become close friends since joining my business) and even though _______________________ (there are a lot of strong personalities/ we are all very different/we all have different qualities and values), we are all working towards the same goal and use our individual skills and expertise to help us get there.
Do you or have you worked with friends or family?

Who do you look up to? Today I look up to particular people for very different reasons. My number one inspiration is ___________________ (name of your inspirational person).
The reason for this is because ___________________ (explain why this person inspires you)

Topic: How I Know I Was Destined To Be An Entrepreneur.

I haven’t always been an entrepreneur, but when I look back, I can see I always had the characteristics.
I’m a ______________ (stubborn/competitive/creative//curious) person who is _________________ (always up for a challenge/a creative problem solver/full of ideas/willing to take a risk/able to see the big picture) and so being in an uninspiring job just never really cut it for me.
When the opportunity to start my own business was presented to me, my inner entrepreneur woke up and I decided it was time to grab the chance at creating a new life for me and my family.
Tell me, do you have a _________________ (stubborn/competitive/ creative/curious) side that’s just waiting to come out?

Topic: How I Deal With Loneliness While Running My Business.

When I used to work _________________ (in the office/in the supermarket/in the workshop/in the salon/wherever you worked with other people) I loved being around people.

Chatting about _________________ (weekend plans/what the family are up to/where we’re going on holiday/how annoying our boss was) or just what’s happening in the world to my work friends was what got me through the day. Some of my best friends have come from the jobs I’ve had.

So when I decided to run my own business, initially, the isolation was hard. I missed ________________ (bouncing ideas/grabbing a coffee break/joking around) so much and thought it would only get harder.

What I didn’t expect to find was an online community of people who’ve given me the ‘team’ feeling I’d enjoyed before I went solo.

Being part of ________________ (your favourite community) has given me clients who I adore and I feel blessed that by building my business, I’ve also been able to build strong new friendships.

More and more people are choosing to build a business online because of the freedom it provides, but it can be hard to do it alone.

Thankfully, as more people do it, more people understand the need for online communities where we support and encourage each other.
How about you? Are you considering creating an online business?

I'd love can help / offer support.

Topic: How I Feel About Network Marketing.

EVERYONE has an opinion on Network Marketing, some good, some bad.
Mostly, the negative opinions are down to _________________ (listening to rumours/not understanding the business model/having a poor experience with one bad apple) but by far the biggest problem I find when talking to a new customer or potential team member about the business or product is ________________ (that they’ve been spammed by network marketers before/they’re fed up of seeing too many posts on social media/they feel network marketers are mostly fake).
Talking to new contacts and finding out they’ve ___________________ (been bombarded with messages to join someone’s business/got a newsfeed full of ‘buy my product’ posts/ been told inflated stories about how much money they could earn) makes me feel __________________ (sad that there are a few who spoil it for the many/disappointed in a few fellow network marketers/ upset that people feel they need to use these tactics), but I’m here to show you a different side to the industry if you’ll let me..
For my business to be successful, I know I need to __________________ (promote it with integrity/be honest about earning potential/provide real solutions to people’s problems). I hope you’ll give me the chance to

Topic: 5 Tips For Starting A Business

‘I thought I knew everything when I started my business, I mean, how hard could it be? But I soon learned that the opposite was true. So if you’re considering starting your own online business, these are my top 5 things you should do when you are starting out.

1: Make a plan: __________________ (Fail to plan; plan to fail as the saying goes/think about where you want to be in 12 months and work out a plan to get there/use visualisation as a tool to see how you want your business to look)

2: Know Your Strengths: ___________________ (doing what you love doesn’t mean you’re good at it so be realistic/doing more of what you’re good at will give you better results/use personal growth to get better at the things you’re not so good at)

3: Understand Your Product: ____________________ (you don’t need to know everything, but you need to know the basics/if you have multiple product lines, pick one and become an expert on it/ knowing what problem your product solves will help you market better to your customers)

4: Market Online: _____________________ (social media is free, so use it/don’t be scared of showing up online, businesses who don’t market online are missing a massive opportunity/it will feel strange if you haven’t done it before, but don’t let fear stop you from talking to your customers)

5: Focus on Growth Activities: _____________________ (don’t waste time doing things that aren’t growing your business/make a list of the main things you need to do each day to build your business and shelve the rest/keep it simple, don’t over complicate everything)
Do you have any tips for staying focused and organized? I’d love to hear them.

Topic: What I Would Do Differently If I Started My Business Today.

If I were to start my business today, there are a few things I’d do differently. For one, I wouldn’t _________________ (take most people’s advice about how I should run my business/be worried about people’s judgement and let it hold me back/let the negative self talk take control).
It’s so easy to let what other people think and say take hold and stop you from being the best version of you, don’t you think?

Another thing I’d do differently is _____________________ (I’d be more disciplined and focused from the start/I’d listen more closely to those who had been successful before me and take on board their advice/I’d show up fully online and make sure everyone knew who I was and what I was doing).

Starting a business can be a hard and lonely road, but it will also be the most positive period of growth where you will ____________________ (learn so much about yourself/build resilience and courage/grow to be the very best you can be) so I know the hard lessons were a blessing and I’m proud of the person I’ve become in the process.

What’s the toughest thing you’ve been through and how did it help you grow as a person?

Topic: Reasons Having An Online Business Is So Important.

There’s never been a better time to start an online business.

Building a Plan B gives you the opportunity to _____________ (control your income so economic uncertainty doesn’t impact you as much/create a second income stream to use for all the ‘nice to have’ things in life/build a rainy day pot) so even if you have a day job, you can have the Plan B working for you to fall back on when you need it.

But it’s not just the financial aspect. Think about _________________ (having the freedom to control your own schedule/having creative freedom to do your own thing/making connections with people who inspire and encourage you) and you’ll see there’s a lot to be said about creating something of your own.

But I think my favorite benefit to working on my online business is __________________ (I can wear my pajamas all day if I like/I get to have my lunch whenever and wherever I like/no work commute!).
